How to Order

You can shop at hauskayu.com without creating an account. Here is how an order works, from choosing a piece to delivery.

1. Choose a product

Open a product page, pick a variant if there is one (for example a size), and select Add to cart. Each product page shows its lead time — most of our pieces are made after you order.

2. Review your cart

Open the cart icon at the top right to change quantities or remove items. Shipping is already included in every price.

3. Enter your address

At checkout, choose your country (we ship to the countries listed there), then enter your name, email, phone number with country code, and full address. The estimated delivery time for your country is shown next to your total.

4. Confirm duties & pay

Tick the box confirming that import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by you on delivery. Then select Pay by card to pay securely with Visa or Mastercard through DOKU. Before paying you will see the exact amount charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and the exchange rate used; your card issuer converts it to your card currency. The payment link is valid for 60 minutes.

5. After payment

You receive a confirmation email and a link to track your order. We then make and prepare your piece within the stated lead time. When it ships, we email you the carrier, tracking number and tracking link.
