hauskayu.com and hauskayu.id are operated by PT Jati Desain Sejahtera, based in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia.
Products
We sell handcrafted teak furniture and kitchenware. Because each item is made from natural wood, colour and grain vary from piece to piece — this is a characteristic of real wood, not a defect. Product images are representative.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in the currency of the store you are using (USD on hauskayu.com, IDR on hauskayu.id). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. Payment is processed by PayPal; your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping, duties, and returns
Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and returns are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility (DDU). Custom orders are final sale.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to PT Jati Desain Sejahtera and may not be used without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and liability
